Eight for Eighty-Eight is an apparel brand designed by New York-based artist, Sarah Nagle. They use high resolution scans of geometric, color-blocked acrylic paintings to design templates and patterns for apparel.

Eight for Eighty-Eight started as a way to introduce bright patterns and colors to endless video conference screens at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. A dancer, Nagle began printing their artwork on apparel to wear during online classes to share vibrant energy through the screen.

We are so excited to launch our Summer 2021 Pop Up Shop inspired by the story of the Phoenix and the cycle of the Peacock (did you know male peacocks lose all their tail feathers and grow them back each year?)
